Last week I bought a Wave gen 1 from a pawnshop for $30, and was thinking of getting someone to Cerekote it.

are there any appliers that are trusted on here to take a Wave apart and put it back together?

Also I found some stampings on the inside of the handle where the tools fold into, and wondered what they are. On the handle with the sheepsfoot blade, and can opener, there is a stamping that says “0199” and the other handle with the spear point blade the stamping says “0399”,

Were these just production run codes, batch sample codes, or shift codes?
