Just got the news that I’m expecting my first baby in January. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do next…

1. Diaper bags … Really?!

Let’s see, I have my saddleback large briefcase, a large timbuk2 classic messenger, an Alice pack, several useless duffle bags and hydration packs. Can anyone recommend a better system to carry all the “baby’s stuff?”

2. First aid

I have a basic first aid kit, and a trauma kit… But nothing baby specific. Any recommendations?

3. EDC Gear to make life easier

Frankly I’m stumped here.
