KeymasterHi guys, I think this is my first post ever in this section.
Anyway, my father has been an owner of multiple Infiniti QX56 automobiles, and recently just purchased another new one. When he traded his old one in they gave him back the FAK that comes with the SUV. And since a new vehicle comes with one in it, it is an extra, he gave it to me.
Here is a picture of it.
It is fairly compact, not taking up a lot of real estate in the back. A nice feature is that it has some velcro strips on the back of it, so it sticks to the back of the seats in the cargo area, no taking up space on the cargo floor.
Here is a list of the things that it comes with:
10 flexible adhesive strips
3 extra large adhesive strips
3 gauze pads, sterile
3 cleansing towelettes
3 sting relief pads
5 first aid burn cream packettes
1 adhesive tape, 1/2″, latex free
1 maxi-pad feminine napkin
1 first aid instruction booklet
1 large grip scissors, stainless steel
1 stretch gauze roll, sterile
1 triangular bandage with pins
1 elastic bandage with clips
1 tweezers / magnifier
1 pair, latex-free disposable glovesI am not big into FAK stuff, never really had one. But I am starting to keep this in my truck (pathfinder), and it is nice to know that if something were to arise I’ll be better prepared for it.
Now my question for you folks is this – you’ve read the list of items, anything you think I should add to it? There is still room in the kit, it isnt packed full, but I dont want to add so much that it all has to be precision packed to get it to close.
So please, offer up suggestions for some things to include in the pack
Thanks
