Been done with them. They used to make some pretty good products for a decent price. Now it’s overcharged garbage.

I’ve got 4 Anker Powercore power banks like the one pictured by the OP. One was purchased in 2016, 2 in 2017, and I received the fourth in the mail today. Hope the 4th is as good as the first three which are still going strong. Also have bought a bunch of cables, AC adapters, and 5 Bluetooth speakers during those same years. Those are all still working fine too. Hope things haven’t changed in current product line. They aren’t designed to last forever, but mine have lasted a pretty reasonable amount of time and seem like good quality products so far. That said, if I had had 3 of 4 break on me (not due to normal design limitations), I’d be done with a brand too.

My Anker products are all working fine. In fact I just ordered and received a few more Anker brand cables. To the OP, sorry to hear of your problems but I still have faith in the brand. As for costs going up, welcome to reality.

It’s unfortunate you’ve had issues. I’ve ordered everything from cables (Micro USB and USBC), chargers, and my 20K Mah Powercore powerbank, none of which I’ve had any problems.
