As a prepper, I would love to take a EMT-B class and perhaps EMT-I and any other class up to Paramedic. However I know that’s a lot of money and time that I’ll have to spend for something I won’t even make a career out of. I’m currently in school to be a chef, and I still want to do so. As of now, I have a First Aid course this fall which I’m sure will go over more than just CPR and Heimlich (hopefully).

Can anyone give me advice as to how to go about it? I want to take as much training as I can, but I don’t want to waste time and effort.
