So I’m looking to build a first aid kit soon and wanna know what are some things I need to get in it? I know size and skill level (?) is important to figuring out what I want/need in it. I’m not exactly sure what pack I’m going to put it in but I’m looking towards a pouch with PALS webbing to attach to my EDC Bag. In size, I want something between the Maxped FR-1, FIGHT Pouch, and Condor Rip-Away EMT pouch. If you have any other recommendations for First Aid Pouch following that criteria, lemme know!

As for contents, I know there’s some obvious stuff like bandages and antibacterial ointments but what else? I’m thinking CPR Mask, latex/nitrile gloves, and small amounts of OTC medicine?

Speaking of which, would it be better if I got the rip-open two pills pack or the small 24 pill case?
