I’ve got a manual sphygmomanometer and stethoscope that I use for work occasionally, but I’m also supposed to use it to check my own BP. Thing is, it’s a  to use them both on myself. I’ve been thinking I could palpate or just read the needle, but I’m not sure if either technique is feasible. Does anyone have experience with either of these methods?
