So USNERDOC and others recommend repackaging big stuff like gauze pads into sealed bags to save room, and others use self-sealed bags for storing medicines. I’m definitely moving in that direction.

The problem is the price range goes from about $30 for an 8″ unit to 4x that. Is the tech so simple that a cheap one could actually be decent, or should I pay more for a “better” unit? What features or qualities make these things better? Are there more or less reputable manufacturers/brands? Any info, and especially personal experience using these, would be most appreciated. Thanks!
