I hate the wannabe name but if I had to get one, I had to have the upgrade of my beloved companion of four years, my Casio Rock. What an absolutely wonderful and reliable phone it has been.

Now to the Casio…I have friends that have the iPhone. No offense, but I just don’t get the whole Apple thing. I think the iPod and the whole nine yards are wonderful ideas…but you pay for it dearly. On the other hand, a Sansa MP3 Player does just fine…so I really didn’t want to deal with the iPhone angle of things…then I considered the Samsung Galaxy. I have two friends who have them. One swears by it and treats it gingerly and the other swears at it because he is on his fourth one now, having broken the first three and now damaged the fourth simply by dropping them in the kitchen. Too fragile.

Casio. But, man, what a  this thing is to learn.
