CPR or CCR?

    I know most of us know what is CPR, but anyone heard of CCR? I looked on the internet and it refers to cardio-cerebral resuscitation, but i doubt alot of people heard of this before. This is the first time i heard of CCR. How about you guys? Anyone actually used this life saving technique before?
