I’m open to suggestions for my next pair of work boots. The Dr. Martens I’ve been wearing every day for the last two years are on their way out. I’m looking for a comfortable replacement in the $100-150 range. Here are my criteria:
-leather
-steel toe (or composite equivolent)
-no slip sole
-comfortable for daily wear of roughly 15 hours
Here is the tricky part, my daily driver is a manual transmission with a rather narrow pedal box. My size 8 feet can easily grab two pedals if I’m not paying attention. So…bulky cumbersome boots won’t work for me.
This is a stock photo of what I have now which is more or less the style I would like to stick with.

Thanks in advance.
