Hey Gang,

I am looking for a modular, transferrable FAK solution to take care of my most commonly used equipment. This would be 4×4 pads, 3×3 pads, gloves, bandaids, tape, etc. The stuff I know I use when I am covering an event as a MFR, etc.
The point would be I can reach into my MFR bag and grab this bag, have it ready instead of searching for fresh gear in my big bag.
The second purpose would be to toss it into my backpack if I am going away for a weekend (to add some extra gear to my EDC kit, which is a AMK UL .7), or toss it at the very top of my SAR bag (or use MOLLE to strap it on) that way I can very quickly treat somebody.

I have been looking at the 5.11 6.6, which I like a lot. The size, the shape, and even the little cross on the front. However, the FR1 by Maxped is a very nice design as well. The MOLLE on the front means I can attach the Maxped (or other brand) glvoe pouch for even quicker access to my gloves (most important gear I would say) and it has the velcro for a nice patch. Of course, I can use the MOLLE on the back of the 6.6 for a glove pouch, and sew a patch on but it really isn’t the same IMO.

Thoughts? Reviews?
