S i already own a rothco softshell in black but yesterday i brought a condor 602 in coyote and i have to say i’m impressed. The rothco has a hood which can be removed if not being used or you can roll it up into the collar ! Have’nt ever done this as its too constrictive whereas the condor hood can be rolled up into the collar and cause no problems! The reason for this in imo is that the rothco hood has the fleece lining in the hood and the condor doesnt. For me this is’nt a problem because i usually wear a beanie. I’v also realised that the fleece in the condor is thicker than in the rothco. Build quality seems much better in the condor as well. Size wise i went for a medium which is what i went for in the rothco BUT ! the condor jkt is slightly smaller and i’m talking differences of only 1/2″ or 1/3″ or 1/4″ smaller so the condor actually fits better in 5’6″ and weigh about 11st and bit chubby round the middle. Now in both jackets i would normally be a small but i’v always gone up a size so that i can layer (usually thermal tshirt/longsleeve tshirt and a 1/4 zip sweat top) will try and put some pics up later. But all in all nice jacket for the price
