Time for a “fun” thread.

You have to pick one firearm in each category, and only one.
What do you pick and why?

Centerfire handgun
Rimfire handgun
Centerfire semi auto rifle.
Boltaction centerfire rifle
Rimfire rifle
Shotgun

For me it goes –

Glock 19 – small enough to carry, big enough to fight with. 9mm is a nato round, and will always be available, even at the height of this last panic.

Ruger mk2/3/22-45/ect – Tons of aftermarket, available parts and mags.

Centerfire semi rifle – Ar15 in 5.56, nato platform rifle, nato caliber. You will always be able to get parts, mags and ammo.

Boltaction rifle – Remington 700p LTR in .308. Light rifle, powerful round, nato caliber. Can hunt with it and take down most anything in north America.

Rimfire rifle – 10/22 Needs no explanation

Shotgun – Remington 870,12ga, 28″ bbl. Good for anything from dove to deer and then some.
I have close to 50000 rounds through the platform, the manual of arms and all of its parts and how they work is ingrained into me.
