My future brother in law had to go to the hospital this weekend after an incident with a sword, and there I saw 3m Medipore for the first time. A quick search indicates that it’s a soft cloth surgical tape, which seems pretty awesome. I currently EDC Transpore and Durapore. Transpore is not as flexible as I’d like, but is easier on the skin. Durapore conforms very well to curves and bends, but the adhesive is quite aggressive, often pulling off small hairs as it is removed. From a quick look at Medipore, it seems as if it is a nice middle ground, giving both high flexibility and more conservative adhesion.

Any thoughts on Medipore? I’m idly considering trying to find some 1″ Medipore rolls and replacing the Transpore with that.
