G’day all,

Well, lets see, I’m here from a link at knifeforums.com last year, been reading since opcorn: , just havn’t had anything to say till now. 

I’m a knifemaker by hobby and now by trade… anyway, I’m trying to make it go as a part time buisness, to make up for the cost of materials. I make fixed blade knives, modify and restore factory fixed and folders. No comercial intended…… 

Other hobbies I enjoy include gunsmithing/building custom guns; my own stuff now and I’m planning on some formal training in the near future. I work in and still enjoy carpentry and construction work. Outdoors, camping/hiking, motorcycling and cars. I’m christian, and proud of it. I like to be prepared, not just physicaly in gear I carry, but also in knowledge. I’m becoming a jack of all, master of a few. I enjoy learning new skills, facts and trivia, if it might someday come in handy. I also greatly enjoy sharring knowledge and skills.

Born, raised and still living in my home town, Fairbanks Alaska. Love it here, all I need(for the most part  ) is here, although I plan on some travel in the next few years.

I’ve come out of the corner and started posting since I finaly got around to organizing my EDC and putting together a dual purpose EDC”out the door” kit/carkit bag. will need lots of advice, on top of a lot of great tips I’ve picked up in reading past threads. I look forward to posting, and reading more. I hope I can be a contributing member of this wonderful comunity.  ;D
