Hey guys. I’m looking for an everyday/emergancy use radio that I can get the weather and or news on. I am extremely new to radio as I use the internet and tv for all of my sources. I would like to get into the habbit of relying on something more primitive in case of emergancies.

I would like it to be fairly small and but that is durable as well.

Also, do news station broadcast via radio? So I could get the traffic/weather and other news from it?
