went swimming today with my daughter, and after had to wrap everything in a towel and put it in my edc bag. well i just started getting into this all about 3-4 weeks ago. and i have a good amount so far. i have been looking at getting some dry compression bags. i know some are meant to let the air escape and keep the water from going in. but what about if i put wet stuff inside will that still hold all the wet/damp away from my gear? thanks a lot everyone. its amazing it was almost like a switch turned on in my head one day out on a walk with my daughter where days later a cougar attacked a lady.
since then i have been reading review and buying things, now me and my daughter feel a lot safer. then reading more into the possibility of what could go on in this world of ours is scary. im now saving to get my gun license. hate the feeling of not having proper protection. as of now i have big bottle of bear spray, a swat knife”with window breaker and belt cutter and very sharp blade. then a box cutter knife that is basically i always have because of work. sorry got a little off track ahaha. let me know who uses compression sacs and what you would recommend as for type. i live in BC Canada and its hard to find good gear. gotta get my passport as my mother lives in new castle.
