I am sure I’ve seen something about this somewhere on edcf. But I can’t find it. {If you know which thread(s), please reply and let me know!

Recently bought my first actual Benchmade knife (previously bought some rescue hooks); a modified sheep’s foot mini-grip.

The seller is a third party on Amazon — not a small seller; many products on Amazon. Fulfillment was done by Amazon.

I now have learned the seller is NOT authorized by Benchmade. I’ve tried posting a review on Amazon; it gets rejected…

Anyway, from all the packaging I’m convinced it is a real Benchmade product; if/when I need service I guess I’ll just send it in…

What have others experienced in these circumstances? Looking forward to hearing.
