I just received my new opinel #8. What a neat knife I really like it but it is so different from what I have as you can see from the picture. These are the three knifes that I really enjoy but I would like your recommendation of out of the three which would you carry every day. I don’t use the knives very often but of course it is good to have one on your person. Going back to the #8, I really am not sure that I can get used to it. Can you convince me that I would love it as much as the other two?
