Does anyone have any experience with journals or notepads that have real archival paper?

I ask because a few years ago I read my great-grandfather’s journals. The paper was still pretty  good and ink was clear as day. It showed his time during both world wars, and it even has entries where he took my mom and her siblings on trips.

I would love to have written memories like this as well but I’m worried that most modern paper isn’t as good as they used to make them. I know at the very least it has to be acid free. If anyone has any suggestions or uses real archival paper please post them up!
