Picked up a pack of M402s to get at the end cap & clicky, but ended up creating a shorty bolt action pen and had a bunch of left over parts.
I realized (quite by accident) that the guts of the pencil actually screw into the inner sleeve of the 402, which looks to be the same as the F701 inner sleeve. Started taking both apart immediately.
Turns out that the barrel of the F701 accepts the pencil guts perfectly, screwing into place, and using the pencil end cap and tip, you’ve got a solid, sturdy pencil! =D
Very happy with this result, especially the grip.
