Title mostly says it all. Here are the specifics I’d like:

Pad size-Jr. Legal (5×8)
Zippered
pockets for business cards (1 or 2 is fine)
pocket for a check book
will also organize some loose folded papers
Stays flat when closed, thick enough that the contents wont make it bulge-up to 2″ thick would be fine
good quality nylon

Everything I’m finding is either for smaller rite in the rain sized pad like the 4×6, or is lacking in internal capacity.

I had an all leather one I got from Levengers years ago, but the zipper is gone. I’ve been trying a full sized legal pad holder from County Comm and I’m just not enjoying it. It has lots of internal organization, but the contents make it bulge, and I’d rather have something that fits better in my EDC bags.
