I’ve developed some nerve issues in my right hand recently and it sucks the big one. For small writing tasks my Space Pen is just fine but I do a lot of drawing and note taking. For those purposes I have been reduced to using one of these.

Anyone know of any nice looking quality ball point pens about that diameter which are refillable for less than $30? Fisher refills are preferred but not a deal breaker by any means. I don’t want to go all out on a pen because I’m hoping my problem can be corrected with surgery.
