I recently signed up with a trial period of Amazon Prime. Taking advantage of the shipping, I treated myself to a new fp and a bottle of Noodler’s Black Swan of Australian Roses. The pen is great and there will be a separate thread for that later. I didn’t think to ask the seller first, but it turns out they were still selling the old color version. Which for me is bad because I enjoy the new formula tremendously. At first I thought it might have been a some excess water left over from cleaning everything before inking the the pens up. Nope, the color is very much a match for the old color version. On top of all that, I can’t stand the way the ink flows and feels. Talk about a disappointment and wasted time.

Now I am debating if I want to save the ink in case someone, somewhere, must have the old color or if I should return it.
