So I was snooping around JetPens and stumbled onto the Kaweco AL Mini Mechanical Pencil. It’s a stubby little thing, only 4.1 inches long but 0.4 inches wide. In my quest for bottom heavy pencils, it seems like this thing must feel extremely bottom heavy since all the weight is forward of where it rests against your hand.

Does anyone have any experience with one of these? I’m specifically interested in 0.9mm (sadly they don’t make a 0.3mm), but I would imagine that the .5 and .7 would feel identical in the hand.

If it were half the price, I’d have just bought it out of curiosity. However, at its current price, I thought I’d ask around a bit.
