Recently I bought a Ti-Click Classic and an XTS Raw pen from BigIDesign.
Both pens have functioned flawlessly for about a month until the other day, while absent mindedly clicking away, the clicky button flew off. When I found it I noticed the plastic part that held the button and spring assembly onto the end cap had sheared off. I sent an email detailing what had happened to the manufacturer and had a response within 12hrs asking if my postal details were still the same and that they would have a modified part sent out to me to correct the issue…
Can’t ask for better customer service than that!!!
