I just purchased a Madmaxco Stainless and am interested in putting a refill in it to match my Cross pen. The refill in the Cross is called a Porous Point and I believe the best way to describe it is a very hard felt tip. Does anything like this exist in the Parker refill format?

Also, I bought the heavier stainless Madmaxco, but toiled between that and the anodized aluminum version. I don’t write novels, but I write a couple pages of notes during engineering meetings and I am getting a bit worried about cramping with the heavy pen. I love the look/feel of a stainless pen but did I make a bad choice in not going for the aluminum?
