I sent to victorinox local service my super tinker to fix its body which bend and scales that worn off.

You know what????

I got my victorinox super tinker back after almost 1 week.

The knife is fully new except the can opener which is “old” and I like it a lot. Because they didn’t take another knife from shelf and sent it to me. They actually built it specially for me.

Their service is just amazing, victorinox this is the way to go.
