I have to give a big thumbs up for them in helping me out of a jam..

I had my charge alx recently stolen at work, to which I’m still mourning.. Worse yet I use the torx bits constantly out of the extra bit set I bought way back and those two were the ones in the tool when swiped (t10/15 and t20/25).

Unfortunately the replacement bit set they sell doesn’t have them, and the only way was to buy the whole big set again. Until I called their customer support.. I explained the situation and told them I still had the rest of the bit kit so I just needed those two bits….. Without even missing a beat she said they had some and we’re sending me one of each for free!

So a thumbs up to Leatherman and their customer service!

In retrospect I probably should have asked for a couple pairs but I didn’t want to seem greedy…. “two is one, one is none”
