So, about 3 1/2 weeks ago, I got a Cabela’s gift card (don’t judge me, a 25$ gift card is enough for me too buy other rather expensive things at that evil shop). So I go in with my mother (who is in the grey space of me buying EDC or BoB items), and show her the Leatherman Rebar BO, as that was my budget choice at that time. Okay great, she didn’t diss the idea of me buying a multi-tool, show I showed her the Leatherman Wave Limited Orange Edition. I demonstrated that the many features of the Wave was worth the extra 30$, and we were walking away. So, she randomly says I should just buy the best one they have, as it is something I should (I would) buy only once. Then, I proceed to walk up too the display counter and ask the employee to show me the Charge TTi.

The thing has currently saved my butt many, many times. And the best part was, IT ENDED UP BEING A MIDDLE-SCHOOL GRADUATION GIFT! Also, It has been my EDC for pretty much this whole month, and is just plain awesome. The S30v is sucky to try and sharpen though, as it came dull due to being in a display package.

PS: Sorry about the many posts about multi-tools, it’s just that this forum is the 2nd opinion in my buying of gear, next too my dad.
