Alright, I’ve finally made it to the Curtiss knife website. I was looking through it because I’m considering buying a Curtiss nano in CF and titanium, when I saw “the knife”. Now of course I’m talking about the Curtiss Cruze. This knife is what I had wanted to turn my mini dejavoo into, well except for the flipper part. The mini dejavoo is a great knife, but I wanted just a little more.

These pictures borrowed from the Curtiss website.

    Here are some specs:
    -Full Titanium frames
    – IKBS ceramic bearing system
    – S.P.O.T. Pivot System Lock face carbidized
    – Internal stop pin
    – 8.00″ opened, 4.45″ closed 3.50″ blade with a 3.00″ cutting edge
    – CPM-154, CPM-S35VN and other high performance blade steels available
    – Many different configurations and finishes available
    – Prices start at $495.00

Whew! That last one nearly got me, but for this knife, I think I could invest that much money. The only thing missing is the deep pocket clip of the mini dejavoo, but I may be able to have one made by Curtiss. You never know if you don’t ask.

Those who own any Curtiss customs, not made by Boker even though those are great knives too, can you show me yours in this thread please so I can get my drool on?

    Thanks.
