    Did my bi-anual F.A.K. review to my main kit I added a cat tourniquet mounted on the side of rip away pouch and an Israeli bandage in my main bag that the kit rides on may get another tournament holder for bandage to mount on the FAK bag. Added a Israeli bandage to my light bag too and restocked the house bag. Going through these kits periodically needs to be a habit

    Fully agree. And, to make it easier to execute the habit I’ve put reminders in my calendar – every last Sunday in March and September each year.

    The 2nd appointment falls well inline with September = preparation month.
