Was walking through the tool section at the local flea market and happened to stumble upon this. It seemed like a pretty cool little gadget so I asked how much.. He said $1 so I figured WTH and bought it. Any further information if anyone knows about it would be cool.

It’s stamped with “Japan” on the hammer part.
(Not very good stamp)

Came in a little “genuine pigskin” Noymer pouch, also made in Japan.
