I have an anniversary coming up and the wife suggested going to the firing range. We have never been before and neither one of us has ever shot a handgun.

Is it safe to assume their is someone there to provide a 101 lesson?

I assume you rent the handgun and buy the bullets? How does it work in general?

Any advice, suggestions, and/or warnings are appreciated.
