I finally got my permit Friday (24 days total wait time in jeffco, co), so yesterday was my first full day of carry.

One thing that I wasn’t expecting was it was kinda awkward using the stall in a public restroom with my IWB holster. I couldn’t let my pants all the way down, as the stall walls don’t go all the way down, and I was rather anxious that my Glock 26 would end up wet.

I ended up googling “how to use a restroom with an IWB holster” which is kinda embarrassing, and I wish I hadn’t shared that with y’all. I did, of course, turn on my VPN first, so the search wouldn’t appear on my works web logs.

Anyhow, something to consider for those of you who don’t have a CCW but are planning to get one, practice using the toilet
