I just wanted to give a shout out to Leatherman for standing behind their products and warranty. I have had a Leatherman Wave for a number of years and there was an issue with the handle getting looser and more wobbly over time. It wasn’t as simple as tightening the screws on it, so I decided to send it to Leatherman for repairs.

Within a week they sent me a brand new Wave to replace the old one, with no questions asked. I was floored to open the package and see a brand new Wave, as I had pretty much wore out the diamond coated file on my old one. I just figured they would repair mine and send it back, but instead they sent a new one. You cannot beat that!
