Thankfully, it seems that movies are showing better gun handling these days. I recently watched Haywire and The Avengers, and both movies show actors that received (and remembered) training on fundamentals.

Of course, promotional shots are still silly, and they’re still not perfect. Anyway, anyone else notice this trend? I wonder what’s prompting this new interest in proper safety, if it is indeed a trend.
