What training program would you recommend nationally if travel wasn’t an issue? I was thinking about Gunsite in Arizona. Have any direct experience with them or talked with anyone who has? Are there others you would recommend?

I’m looking specifically for training on markmanship, gun handling, combat tactics, etc. I’m not a LEO and don’t intend to become one. Just a defensive minded civilian wanting to improve my skills and perhaps participate in USPSA/IPSC or IPDA at some point.
