I’m looking for a good 18650 light with as much throw as possible and 700+ lumens. I don’t want a too big head, budget is about $100, but less would be better.

USB charging seems like a gimmick, but it would be actually nice to have, since I always have a smartphone charger with me.
I’m open to any other recommendations, but I want to order from a place with free international shipping.
