Hi,

I am looking to buy myself a new torch, something with a longer run time than a single CR123 or AA. Overall power out the front does not have to be strong enough to light up the Himalayan mountains from 10 miles away, but aesthetics will influence my decision.

In terms of what I will be using it for. I will generally be using it around the house, like searching for things in the attic or garage or when we have a power cut but I also want something reasonably pocketable for walking or hiking at night.

I am quite naive when it comes to whats the best buy for the money when it comes to torches so all advise is welcome.
