I need some help.
On most days I carry one of several ‘minimalist’ wallets, my favorite and most used being my original stainless steel Machine Era Co. walllet. Most of the time this works perfectly.
However, on some occasions I need my huge stack of cards (various ID’s, certification cards, corporate CC’s) approximately 30 for various trips and business functions. My old setup for this was a giant thick wallet. Within the last year I’ve been using a large binder clip instead which I like because it’s way more compact. My only two problems are 1) the edges of the binder clip are super sharp and are really poking me in the thigh when in a front pocket, especially with the weight of 30 cards, and 2) I get some really weird looks from my colleagues because it’s so ‘ghetto’ and ‘not appropriate because it conveys the wrong image’ around the ‘important’ people.
Soooo,
What have you guys seen out there in the way of ‘minimalist’ wallets that will accommodate 30ish cards and not be ‘ghetto’. I prefer something not leather if possible but wouldn’t rule it out.
Thanks
