I’ve been looking around for a compact LED flashlight withe following specs, but have had no luck

– single CR123A or AA
– single mode with 100 lumens, or more
– tail cap clicky (preferably with momentary on/off function)
– 3.5 inch MAX (preferably less; ideally 3 inches)
– metal casing
– clip
– submersible, or at least waterproof
– price $50 or less

Any suggestions or recommendations (with pictures) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
