I just remembered that I have one of these out in the garage somewhere, and it needs to go into myEDC backpack. You can get them from the Delta Press. The saws blade is made from M2 tool steel, and the description indicates it can cut through a veriety of materials, including handcuffs! $11.99, but I got mine back in the day for, like, $6.00. It’s an urban nessesity!
