CRKT makes some of the best budget folding knives I have seen. You get a lot of knife for the price.

I’ll start off with my CRKT Fossil. When I bought my Fossil it was around $60 but worth every penny. Great quality and the closing is smooth as butter. No pushing on the blade to get it to close, this blade glides! A great flipper.
