Happy New Year one and all. I was greeted to this New Year by a gift from my dear Grandma (who is inexperienced in the world of knives). She bought me an unnamed “rainbow” Elk Ridge knife. I’m semi-knowledgeable in the world of knives, and I know the brand dubbed “Elk Ridge” and their quality to boot, but I would never turn down a new knife to my collection. So I accepted it and gave her thanks. I got curious and decided to look up just how expensive the knife was, and what I found was astonishing!

I couldn’t believe my eyes! This knife must truly be made from the most precious of materials. I am certainly starting my year off great.
