Hey guys, I am now 16 and in less than two years I will be old enough to legally purchase a rifle. I know by then I will be able to purchase and keep my own ammunition and go to the range and practice with my firearms. I will be honest though, at least right now I haven’t had the most amount of experience with firearms and I do not know specific parts and whatnot but I have shot a Springfield semi-automatic AR-15 in .223 and I feel confident I could wield it efficiently when I can practice myself, and I want a similar rife in .223. So, anybody with firearm experience here, I would like help to make a wish list for an AR-15, because if I start saving now, I can have a substantial amount of money by then and I can also change my mind and have more time in the long run to think about a long-term investment.
