Does any one Carry a tourniquet or 3 in their FAK. I have been thinking on this ever since I was first on scene at a bad car wreck and even more so after the Boston bombings. Severed limbs can mean a rapid bleed out. A tourniquet may mean the difference between life and death. I have contemplated just using my triangular bandages in an emergency or making some out of 1.5 inch strap and para cord or buying the combat tourniquets ( they are pricey) but usable one handed.
