I have undertaken to put together a FAK. I am new to EDC Forums, and am trying to wade through the wealth of information here to decide what to put in my kit.

I am a spreadsheet junkie, and have started a Google Docs spreadsheet to inventory the contents of a FAK and to be educational as well. It is still in it’s beginning stages. It occurred to me that this might be a good resource for EDC members to access and contribute to.

I have taken Red Cross First Aid and CPR classes in the past, but am not currently certified, and am not an expert by any means. I am hoping for some contributions by those more knowledgeable than me.

Some of the information contained has been taken from EDC posts (particularly the medication tab) Feel free to add/edit where you see fit and/or add new tabs. I know everyone’s needs are different, but thought that this could be a pool of information that people could pull from. If you would like, feel free to create a new tab with your own personal kit.
