So, It’s been a bit since I’ve had to use my first aid kit, but I needed to patch a few boo boos up at work a day or two ago and thought it would be a great time to see what I’m missing as well as renew my expiration dates.

I’ve taken some basic first aid courses but I’m by no means an advanced practitioner!

I’m currently using an Emdom wideload bag to carry my supplies.

Pouch in its almost closed position. Bandage shears ride in the PALS on the rear of the bag.
Big stuff in the back: 4x4s, Steri-strips, Abdominal Pad, Vaseline Gauze pads, Israeli bandage, Waterjel Dressing.
Boo boo stuff in left elastic holder: Band Aids, Knuckle, Fingertip, Regular + Paws antiseptic wipes.
Middle elastic holder: Antiseptic wipes and Gloves. (I’m dreadfully short on gloves after using a few pairs.)
Right elastic holder: Triangle bandage and 2x2s.

Bottom zip: 2x Kerlix Rolls, 2x Primed Gauze packs

Middle Ziplocks: Hydro-cortisone, Triple Antibiotic, Foot care kit (Moleskin, Blistoban, Benzoin tinctures)

Open shot: 2 rolls of 3M durapore, 1 wide roll of durapore, 1 AFD (absorbant foam dressing), 2 small Ace bandage, 1 wide Ace bandage.

Meds alok: Benadryl, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Excedrin, Loperamide

I need to restock on gloves and another roll or two of Coflex AFD. That stuff is amazing!

Any other large holes or suggestions I should address?
